The only address to return these devices is Unipart in Nuneaton. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/account-takeover
If you've 'returned' them to the above address then you have completed the scam. You're paying for the devices and the scammers have them.

Re: scammer!
You were scammed. Did you receive a call claiming to be able to offer you 40% off your contract & offer a free gift? This is usually how the scammers get your information including account details, they then order expensive phones & then contact you again to say they sent the wrong gift &/or the phones are a mistake & to send them to a safe house or they have a courier to collect them. Then the scam is complete & often the customer is left with the bill.
When you received the phones & gift out of the blue did you contact Sky?
I don’t work for Sky.
If I have helped then please leave a like.

Ingram Micro is a legitimate company and their Services Division does repair work for Sky Mobile as well as handling the 'Swap' trade-in scheme, but that's not their address.
It's likely the scammers are using a combination of 'Returns', 'Sky', 'Micro' and 'Ingram' to create credibility for the rest of the label, which will be a location under their control.
There's also a 'Communications House' in Leicester Square...
Unfortunately the scammers are now effectively gaming Royal Mail to their own benefit.

Yup. It's quite 'clever'.
