roaming

no roaming today. in malta travel here regularly no problem. worked yesterday after turning flight mode on and off a lot. today it stays on for 1 minute. before saying offline. getting sms to say ive got roaming for another 24 hours. follow online help on wifi made it worse emergency calls only. filled out a contact us form twice asked for e mail reply screen just goes blank. very frustrating. partners phone fine on same account

hi Lisa.  i had already tried these links. today i turned off the spend cap limit. still no good. i dont even get 1 minute of 5g if i turn airplane mode on and off as before. i used this phone fine in june and havent changed any settings.
