i wanted to process a return but there are no agents available. of a phone.

What is the return for, a swap or upgrade or have you changed your mind with the 31 day cooling off period ?

there is a 14 day cooling period and yes, the item was delivered 10 days ago.

The cooling off period is 31 days not 14. As long as you’re still within the cooling off period you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Dial 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here

Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.

Then you will need to call Sky so they can arrange this for you.

 

When you do return it make sure you get and keep the proof of posting receipt.

It's not something you can do online. You need to phone Sky.
