return old mobile

Hi, 

 

I swap my old mobile to new mobile.I recieved a new mobile package but I didn't get the label of return address. How can I send my old mobile.Kindly assist me regarding this as soon as possible.  Thanks

Hi @ayazraja  the return address should be on the inside of the package you received with the new phone. If you can't find it then phone sky on 150 and ask for a new one.

Your duplicate thread has been removed to prevent repetition of replies. We are mainly customers on here trying to help other customers and you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

Our understanding is that the packaging the new device arrived in will contain the return address label for the Swap return but that it's quite difficult to spot. If you can't see it or have disposed of it you will have to call Sky Customer Services to arrange another. If you dial 150 from your new Sky mobile (when the phone lines reopen) you'll get through to an agent who can help,you further.

It means you need to call Sky, the phone number to call them on from your mobile that has the Sky sim in it is just 150.

@Ratch1970 You need to follow the advuce already given in the thread and call Sky.
