I placed an order for an iPhone 17 Pro Max on the 18th and on the 19th it was canceled, and until now I haven't received a refund. It was in process on my card, but now it says it's complete, and there's no refund. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to contact Sky to chase it up. (These refunds won't be processed at a weekend).
