Swap

I did a swap upgrade & sky are still emailing me saying they've not received it? They've charged me extra this month on my bill too. But they won't answer the emails I've sent them

Sky doesn't use an email address for contact options so this will be why you have not received a reply. If you have got a receipet with the tracking details to hand then either call them on 150 or use the social media links at the bottom of the page to contact tyhem about this.
