Hello, I am an 18-year-old trying to open my own phone/sim plan. It wont let me do it monthly because my check was unsuccessful? Can someone please help me with that?

Not sure other customers can help you. If you 'fail' a credit check then you can't have a phone on credit...
Try a higher deposit perhaps but repeated credit searches can have a negative effect too.
