problem transfer old ee sim number to new sky sim

Every time T try to transfer my old number to new Sky sim i get a message saying there was a problem.  I have followed instructions without success

Hi @GGGibson  either call sky on 150 from your sky sim or use the social media links at the bottom of this page to contact Sky for help.
