Hello, I have a problem. I fill in the form to purchase a 50GB skya plan for £10, but when I fill it in, it fills in my date of birth incorrectly, which is why it refuses to check.And please correct it, This is because I want to use your internet.Start filling in the form, the date of birth is written there as 02. And my birthday is 08.I try to remember to correct it myself, but when filling it out I correct it, but still a cancellation comes, because they can't check my information. Please correct this.

As we are customers here who help each all we can advice you to do is to call Sky if you are unable to correct this yourself.
150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
