posting instructions for swapping back a mobile phone

The instructions say it should be put in the cardboard box the new phone came in and then the bag it came in. There was no bag only a label. Is that enough as the bag is supposed to have a unique code on it?

Another customer posted recently that the return label was on the inside of the packaging the new device arrived in but that it was quite small and could easily be missed. They then successfully used the label and the same packaging to return. If that doesn't sound like your return packaging then ring Sky and ask for another.

In that case give Sky a call and ask for more packaging AND another returns label.
