physical Simm will not activate

I bought a Apple 17 pro, was told the e simm would activate, it didnt .  I was then sent a physical simm, I followed the instructions on the simm card and it took me to an e simm activation instead which did not work.  I was put in touch with an engineer who told me to delete the e simm on the phone which I have done and now it will not make or recieve calls or texts.

This is the third week I have had this phone, I have been billed for something that doesnt work

I work 8-6 and live in an area with limited coverage.

The engineer took my activation code when I messaged him but still no working phone 😡

Thank you, we did eventually get through to a lovely lady who was able to fix it for us
