When will my first payment come out

It say it will take 13 days to take the first direct debit payment out will that actually happen or will it take it out straight away

Hi @James1182  its usually 3 days after sim activation or up to 13 days if paying direct debit. From my experience the bill is generated a week or so after activation/receipt of device then payment is taken just after that.

So im paying direct debit an not planning on activating the sim does that mean it will just fall under my usual payment day which is the 3rd

Is this an additional sim on your mobile account @James1182  as if it is it will be on the same billing date.

Its for a phone I already have a sim an contract

Then as far as I know @James1182  it will be on the same billing date as your sim bill. All my devices and sims are on the same billing date (they have been added at different times over the years).
