phone upgrade
i want to upgrade my phone but not continue with my sim as i have found another provider. is this possible and if so how.

Hi @jeodifb yes just order your new phone then when you have it you have two options with the sim, one is call sky on 150 to cancel it or if you want to keep that number then request a PAC from sky and give that to your new network and they will transfer your number to them, closing the sky sim account. You can continue paying monthly for your phone.
