phone replacement

I will return my iphone 17 promax  to sky tomrrow when i bought it 15 days ago due to battery performance and heating has anyone did that before how is the proceses? and how long it take usually to get a new replacement ? and How the inspect the phone that I returned? thanks for answering me xx

Did you call Sky about this and you told them that you believed your phone was faulty and they agreed to send you a new one ?

Sky will not just give you a replacement so if you are returning it to Sky under the cooling off period then it will be cancelled.  So it would be up to you to order a replacement via your account. The other option is to send it to Sky for a repair.

hi but they told me u don't have to order a new one becuase u asked for replacement not canceling we will send u another device after up to 14 days
