payment
So i paid for my bill in the 7th of October where i had made the payment myself for my own reasons, the direct debit was then a few days later, didn't think anything of it as i had made a payment...the bill is now £58 this month as it says i didn't pay my previous bill. Why has this happened

Can you post an image of both that bill and your next one and if you do make sure you blank out your account and credit agreement numbers.
