payment

I paid my bill from another bank account but I have still credit in my sky account

What do you mean by this, are you saying you made a manual payment because if you did and you did this to close to your billing date then that could well be why you are seeing a credit on your account as it will  not have paid your actual bill.

To start with if you did make a manual payment then you don't need to do this as Sky will always take the payment from whatever details you have setup on your account. As for the credit this can be refunded so let us know via here if you would like this done then Sky's message team will contact you via a chat bubble on here tomorrow.
