order issues

i ordered a Macbook Air 13 Inch 2024 about 3 weeks ago. received an email this morning to say it has been cancelled (no reason included)

i then ordered a different device, Macbook Air 13 Inch 2025

then got confirmation 

about 5 minutes later received a text to say the device has been discontinued but an email to say due to further checks the order has been cancelled

under my orders on my app the Macbook is there and states it's been completed and will be delivered soon

what is actually going on with my order

To find out what for certain what is going on your will have to call Sky as usually a cancelled order is due to a failed credit check. As customers here we can't say for sure if this is what has happened but based on your email that said "due to further checks the order has been cancelled" it could well be. It might be that your online account will update within 24 hours to reflect this.
