order ipad pro

Hi i paid of 1 of my i pad devices and ordered the ipad pro 11" went through everything signed the documents and was told it will come wednesday 6th july 2022 10 mins later i now see its been cancelled so why has this happened they say the device will be coming and now its not i've also paid out £40 to pay off 1 of my devices for nothing now i'm so angry has anyone had this problem HELP!

There’s a chance you’ve failed the more in-depth credit check. Sometimes the emails confirming and cancelling the order arrive out of sync. Sky would be able to confirm that’s the reason it was cancelled but not why you failed as they are not allowed to view your credit record, so you could sign up (maybe on a free months trial) at somewhere like Experian or Equifax, which should give you access to your credit record. If you do this you may want to then cancel it before the free month deal finishes.
