Why have I been charged £20 whilst abroad last 3 days AND the £2 per 24hrs

I arrived in Portugal 1st july

activatd 24hr roaming

put a spend cap on £20

4th July and I have reached my spend cap ???😳
I thought the £2 per 24hrs avoided additional charges

 could some one advise so I don't get further charges on my account 😩

Hi @alib1976  the £2 gives 24 hours use of your home allowance and piggybank. If you have made calls that aren't covered you would be charged extra, have you ran out of data and topped up ? What does your account show the charges are for ?

@alib1976 Have you made local calls? Calls to local numbers in Portugal when roaming there will cost you £0.55pm
