I have tried saving my number in my iphone settings numerous times and turning my phone off and my number still won't change

Hi @Maisie2311 try this.
Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.

Try a network reset:
Settings>General>Transfer or reset iPhone>Reset>Reset network settings.
You'll need to set up any WiFi connections again but this worked for me when I transferred my number to a new provider.
I don’t work for Sky.
