No phone usage, says emergency calls only, cannot send messages .

If not then you will have to contact Sky, perhaps via social media as there are links at the bottom of this page to their sites or via the messaging service here:

At the bottom of the above link select - No, I still need help >No, I want to get in touch > tick both boxes > Get in touch.
