no sims work with new iphone 16

just got my new phone and put the sim in and activated it and it was working fine for a week or 2 then it displayed no signal tried powering off and on, network reset all that then tried putting my old sim in also came up with no signal. tried putting my new sky sim into an old phone and it connected fine full bars so its a problem with the phone not the sim. does not matter on my location will recive no signal everywhere.
