no signal or data

I have no data and signal since 10 am this morning .  not really sure how to fix this or when it will get fixed

i've checked the service checker says it is down till 8pm supposedly but it's not very helpful as i pay a lot of money and have no service and can't get in contact with anyone

Not a lot you can do I'm afraid. If it's a mast issue remember Sky don't not own or maintain any masts so you might be waiting longer.
