no mobile signal in Innerleithen

My mobile phone connection in Innerleithen has been off or working erratically for 6 days now.

i keep getting messages saying the engineers are looking at the problem then more messages saying they have fixed it. Then there's no signal again.

Off , on , off , on , off.

How hard is it to repair an engineering problem properly. Stop sending me messages saying the problem is rectified when it certainly is not. Just fix it once and make it stay fixed.

What an awful Sky service .

Sky does not own or operate a physical cellular network: there are only a trio of actual networks in the UK.

EE (owned by BT Group)

Virgin Media O2 (joint venture between Liberty Global and Telefónica)

VodafoneThree (merged group comprising Vodafone and Three)

Sky Mobile is Mobile Virtual Network Operator on the O2 network: if engineers are working on a mast or other local problem then they aren't from Sky.

You aren’t actually contacting Sky by posting here as this is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to assist other customers.

Sky don't own or maintain any mobile phone masts so the repairs are being carried out by a third party.

No signal anywhere around monument bank and London Bridge areas. It worked fine with 02 so I don't know why it's different now with sky who use 02 ...
