No service

Hello.

I have had no mobile service for 24hrs now.

I havr tried all the tips that have been suggested and the virtual chat.

Nothing works.

Can anybody help.

I can not ring as have no service !!!

Does your phone have a sim card in it, if it does have you tried it in another unlocked phone to see what happens ?

It's an eSim. I tried turning the sim off and on again.
