I put an order in for an iPhone on Sunday the 11 but haven't heard anything

Was it the iPhone 14 which would have been a pre-order only.

You need to ring sky and put the order through again. Same thing happened to me, they call it a 'ghost order'. Looks like its gone through but it doesnt.

Yes it was a iPhone 14 but now I've put in another order 🤦‍♂️ so will have two I would have thought to get some form of confirmation

If you have placed a second order @Scorepius I would contact Sky to see if they can see both order on their system then they can cancel one for you.
