How long did it take for people's new phones to arrive?

That is solely down to availability / stock levels.

As customers we have no insight into delivery timescales or stock levels.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

(Next day delivery can’t really be guaranteed although the website might suggest that quick a turnover.)

Hi @Carley23  thats not an easy question to answer as it depends on the phone (manufacturer/model/newest version) and whether or not sky have stock or are awaiting stock from the manufacturer. The latest information can be found in your order status in your account.
