i keep getting a recent call how do I swap my number or get a new number to stop this happening?

Hi @karen265  if you have had your sim more than 12 months then just order a new sim ( most numbers are reused these days so no guarantee it won't happen again) and it will come with a new number. Then call and cancel your old sim. Less than 12 months and there would be early termination charges.

Not sure what you mean by that? 


If you've had the number less than 12 months Sky won't change it unless you're receiving threats etc which have been reported to the police and you have a police reference number.
