Broken Link on Galaxy Tab S10 Cover Offer

Has anyone else experienced difficulty trying to claim the free cover offer for purchasing Samsung Galaxy S10. Link is broken and cannot find anything on Samsungs site to claim the offer. Many Thanks. Iain.
