new mobile phone

I have recently had a new mobile phone from Sky into which I transferred the sim from my old phone and I thought everything was ok but I am getting messages from Sky about activating my new sim.   I can't seem to get an answer on the online help and I can't find a telephone number to ring.   Can anybody help?

Ignore it.

 

You don't have to activate your new SIM.  It will drop off your account and you won't be charged.
