need sky contact me urgently i cant make contact with them

i dont like using these communities as with previous provider i was with they dont work for me , but i cant contact sky as i dont have access to my phone also any number i try to dial from a friends dont work its a nightmare i need Sky mobile to contact me urgently , maybe its time for a change after 15 years loyal customer

Hi @Hitchiker59  this isn't sky CS here so if you can't call then try the social media links at the bottom of this page. No one from sky will contact you as a result of your post here.

They won't contact you based on your post. Your Community log in name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you may have, so no one knows who you are anyway.

The current methods for contacting Sky are below and depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others……

🟦 📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or a Sky Talk landline. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers. Other official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are normally inclusive from non Sky phones.

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
