my phone is lost and i need SIM closed

I lost my Samsung mobile today. The SIM is under contract with SKY. I have no other phone to call sky and ask them to close the SIM down.

I tried Virtual Assistant, but got nowhere..Thank you

If you're not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren't contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

This link explains how to report a lost or stolen mobile/sim to Sky https://www.sky.com/help/articles/lost-or-stolen-sky-mobile

 

It may also be a good idea to register any loss/theft on the Immobilise website https://www.immobilise.com
