my old iphone 15

I have just been discharged from hospital and when i look at my message it says you are sending my old phone back to me as i didnt remove icloud i think , i have been in hospital for last 7 days and had no access to my sky account so i didnt know i only had 5 days to do this (although i am not sure how to do it ) what happens now it says its being sent back to me and i cant afford to pay for both phones , can someone help please

Hi @andymitch  have a look at this link then call sky on 150 to restart the swap.

edit. Also you should do a factory reset to make sure everything is disabled.
