my iphone still says my network provider is with O2 when i am with Sky
I have been given a primary and secondary title on my phone. I cannot send SMS messages

Sky use O2 so have you recently transferred to Sky from them or is it that the network provider says O2?
If you transferred did you port your number? If yes then I'd do a network reset.
Settings>General>Transfer or Rest phone>Reset>Reset network settings.
I don’t work for Sky.

I also have p for primary and d for data after swapping the sim to sky from EE. The only way I can make a call is to swap to d setting rather than p. Have been told by sky I won't get charged extra for these calls. The help desk don't know what p and d mean. I have been told to wait another 24 hours and see. After 18 years with sky this should be simple to add mobiles too but I wish I'd never started this. Very stressful! So many calls asking for help. I was told it's easy but it hasn't been for me
