You have 31 days to contact Sky to inform them that you want to cancel and return the phone so you will; need to call them so they can start the return process for you.

Re: my contract mobile fault..
@ebi_123 20% battery drain in 24 hours is about right for the iPhone 17 pro max, using that doesn not indicate a fault or defect. The newer phones use more battery even on standby due background usage.

Re: my contract mobile fault..
yes bro, but on airoplane mode its not normal.. it consume 20% on airoplane mode.. while all the notification, and background refresh is off.. the aod is also off.. still it consume 20%.
my 16 pro max consume 5 to 6% only on idle mood in 24 hours..while the wifi remain on..

Re: my contract mobile fault..
@ebi_123 The use you mention is normal, Apple state that the average use for that model of phone in airplane mode and WiFi turned off is between 10 and 15% per 8 hours, so 20% in a day is well with those figures, your phone is not faulty.
The 16 pro max has better battery management than the 17 pro max, thats why it uses less per hour/day.
