E sim for iPhone 17

Hello, 

I got my daughter an iPhone 17 for Christmas on contract. I have ordered a data plan and was sent the QR code to activate the eSIM, I didn't work so I ordered a replacement e sim as that's what it suggested to do, tha also doesn't work. Any suggestions because this is ruining my Christmas Day!!

Hi @Liadalton95  all we can do is point you to Skys guides. If this doesn't work you will need to phone them. This is why I always recommend setting up the phone before the big day.

150 if you have a working Sky SIM, if not click on 'No, I still need help?' from the link above.  For me, it only gave a chat option.

Ive had the exact same issue with my sons new phones, I called them this morning. The cancelled and reissued esims and im still having the same error.

I wonder if the system is overloaded

Had a call from an agent to say they are having a problem with their system and they would call again tomorrow when it's hopefully fixed.
