i have 4 phones with you....3 of them i could upgrade to iphone 16 pro easy but the 4th one won't let me select the upgrade. please can someone contact me because this type of communication is rubbish and sky used to be better than this!!

Hi @Timpwilliams sky won't contact you as a result of a post on here. You will need to call sky on 150 for help with this.
