mobile order
i ordered a new phone on tuesday said it was going to be delivered today but got an email this morning saying DPD couldn't deliver it so it's being sent back but it doesn't give me a reason why it can't be delivered, and when i go on the sky app and look at my order it says action required.

To find out what is going on you will need to contact Sky:
Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid reponses.
You can also contact Sky via social media:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
