New mobile order
I tried to place a order for a new mobile but it won't. Let me place order it keeps saying fault please help

You will need to call Sky to get the order placed.
You will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” should be the number to use:
Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid reponses.
