manage my sim not working

in my sky app i am unable to acess my manage my sim showing my data account so cant roll data,

Hi @xbodd  what about if you try logging in at sky.com ? Try that. You could also try restarting your phone, delete and reinstall app.

have uninstalled app signed in signed out still not letting me access the manage simm part of app

signed in sky.com still the same I go to sky mobile then manage and still wont show me sims

I think you will need to call sky on 150 so they can look into this for you @xbodd .
