Using excessive data

I used to have data that rolled over every month. Now I am getting notifications that I am using nearly 3 GB every couple of days! I do not download or stream. Why is my data getting swallowed up so quickly?

Hi @Jss6  have a look at your phones data monitor to see what's using data. When at home try turning off mobile data so if WiFi drops your phone doesn't connect to mobile data. Check Facebook and X (twitter) settings aren't set to auto play videos.

I've had the same issue, we have 4 sims over the last 3 months the data usage has more than doubled

Hi @Tttttttyttty  what do the phone data monitors  say is using the data. I had this before and it was due to updates on Facebook and X changing their settings to auto play videos.
