issues activating sim and keeping my number

I'm trying to activate the new sim (and it just keeps saying "whoops there's been an error, try again later") and also keep my old number

Hi @AC11820kp  is your old number with sky as you can't port that onto a new sky sim ?

To get help activating the sim you will have to find a way to contact Sky about this don't you do not have another phone you can use they can also be contacted via the social media links at the bottom of this page.
