Holiday nightmare

I'm trying to install an external e-sim as am abroad but i can't do it and i think I've accidentally converted my sky sim to eSIM and I can't do anything in my settings. Basically I've messed up my t phone. Can't add my Ubigi e/sim

As you have internet access the only way to contact Sky would be n of their social media links at the bottom of this page.
