iphone

i had ordered the 17 on the 6th june said it was next day delivery. With dpd they haven't delivered it still and apparently there's a delay but it's at the depot

it says in progress but i've had the tracking amd dpd are holding it and not delivering it

Not sure who you have emailed because if it is Sky then you might be waiting quite a while for a reply as they don't use email as a way they can be contacted by so calling is the best option here.
