Sky mobile are useless

So I called them after contract ended to change to a lower data plan... the on on offer on my sky vip.. 50gb for £10. They said they done it months ago... ive called 3 times since as im still being charged £20 which is double what it should be! The last time I called i was on the phone for 40mins while he went to his supervisor to get it approved and put on etc etc. Sick of wasting my time. And the internet signal at my work keeps going for weeks at a time too. Think its time to leave sky. Absolutely poor service and even worse customer service

The VIP offers are for additional dataplans (with a new phone number) and cannot be assigned to an existing plan.

Hi @Mr+Barrows  that offer can't be added to an existing sim so did you get a new sim with a new number ?
