l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.
Your thread title states iPhone 16 Pro Max. It was announced in the press in mid September that the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max have been discontinued by Apple so there might be significant problems getting any remaining stock.

If you have been asked to pay a deposit then this is usually be you have only just past the credit checks so whatever you have been asked for it taken if what you will pay for the phone ver the length of the contract.
