I keep getting sim failure message, i have done everything it told me to online like take out ur sim see if damaged or dirty and reset my phone. after resetting my phone i can't connect my imessages and facetime to my number?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWith an error like that I would contact Sky and ask them to send you a replacement sim as it might be that the one you have is faulty. Sky can be contacted via social media if you don't have another phone.
