How do i claim free samsung watch?

I bought a s24 and the offer was if I bought before 31/10/24 I got free ear buds ( which I have received) and also a Samsung smart watch for free. How do I go about claiming this I can't see anything on my sky account.

Hi @Cara87  look here. If asked for invoice number use your sky credit agreement number without the letters.

Hi @i+want+to+talk+ov  and what have Samsung told you when you tried to claim ? It's their offer so its Samsung you need to engage with.

I ordered mine on the 2nd November, still waiting for it to turn up. Embarrassing!
