My husband has just ordered a new SIM card because when I tried to ring him it would say either number not available or you have rung an incorrect number please check and try again. Put new SIM card in and it is still the same problem as anyone any ideas please.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSadly @SueB1 this does seem to be an issue at present so all you can do is to report this to Sky either by using your phone to call them or contact them via social media as there are links to their sites at the bottom of this page.

So thank you for replying this then points to it being a sky problem and there is nothing wrong with his phone.
