iPhone not working

I have just received my new iPhone from you and tried to set up phone was carrying out the iCloud backup and screen has gone blank and will not come back on I have tried resetting etc and not working

The phone is on charge and has been since I switched it on because it arrived low battery

I would leave it for a while, then do a long press of the power button to see if it comes to life.
